cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time, however please be mindful as filling last minute openings can be challenging. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the original service amount. No shows are charged in full. These charges cannot be transferred to future appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling can also be done up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time, however I ask that whenever possible you make any changes needed as far in advance as possible. This is a great help as last minute rescheduling and cancellations can cause significant strain on my scheduling. Multiple rescheduling of the same appointment more than twice will be charged 50% of the service amount.

Payment & Discounts

Payment is made following your service. I accept cash, credit card or Venmo, however cash is always encouraged and appreciated to help avoid fees. Tipping at a massage is never required but always appreciated.

I offer 10% off for first-time clients and well as those with an active Dharma Yoga membership. I also offer several package discounts which you can view on my booking page. Please note that packages and gift certificates expire after one year.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This gives us time to check in, go over your intake and for you to get comfortable on the table. Arriving late to your appointment with shorten your appointment time, as I am unable to push back the time of my next client. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged in full.
